Have you been thinking about starting a home-based business?
Are you tired of being concerned or stressed out about finances? Would receiving some additional income every month make your life more comfortable?
Or, it might be that you desire total financial freedom so you can travel or have the time to pursue your real passions in life?
Whatever the case, if any of the above rings true for you, starting a home-based business could be the solution you’ve been searching for.
You’re in good company
Every single day, over 10,000 people in the U.S. get started in a home-based business. That’s one person every 10 seconds. Continue reading “Is a home-based business right for you?”
Everyone knows you must have skills to succeed in whatever job or career you’ve chosen for yourself. Why is it then when it comes to network marketing, most people think if they just talk to enough people and have the right attitude that it will somehow all work out?
The truth is…97% of networkers have the 80/20 rule completely backwards. Why is this the case? It’s because they lack the specific skills needed to succeed in their business.
Everybody knows 2 things about networking and business
1. If we are going to make some money, then we need to talk to people.
2. Every business owner knows if they’re going to succeed, they need to learn some skills. Continue reading “Critical Skills for Networkers”
Ask any would-be home business entrepreneur if they want to succeed, and you’ll get a firm and definitive “yes.” But ask them what they’re willing to give up, sacrifice, suffer, accept, tolerate and forgo for that success – and you’ll get a wide range of responses. A few people even expect success to be automatic, instant, effortless.
These folks have what is known as “the lottery mentality.”
Some are willing to invest a little time and effort to get results, but won’t go beyond that, being satisfied with whatever they can achieve, or grumbling, “this wasn’t going to work anyway.”

IT DRIVES ME NUTS
I promised Success Coach Kathy Zimmer that I’d limit myself to one rant a quarter. It’s July…YIPPEE! A new quarter and I get to go on a rant.
It just drives me nuts how far off base the collective consciousness is in network marketing today. How to sponsor more people is the calling card of the ‘magic system’ peddlers, fleecing the new, inexperienced or improperly trained reps of millions and millions and millions of dollars.
It’s not all their fault…it’s criminal, but it really takes 2 for the crime. I’m not mad at them, they’re not worth the price of my time. It’s really the companies, the MLM companies, who have led the flocks down the wrong path.
They don’t seem to know the business they’re in.

Why is it you keep thinking about the very thing you don’t want, even when you’re hugely motivated to manifest something new?
What you don’t want has affected you because you’ve experienced it in the past, pulled it into your present, and therefore it is foremost in your mind.
To create something new, you have to continually and purposefully pull away from what you don’t want in your mind and imagination. You must refrain from intending its continuation. Before something you intend can manifest, you have to discontinue manifesting what you don’t intend or want. Continue reading “Use Your Imagination to Create Wealth by Kathy Zimmer”
You can gain a huge advantage over other networkers by knowing the difference between accomplishment vs. achievement. Not only for your benefit, but for the benefit of every new rep you enroll into your business. Knowing this can make all the difference between success and failure.
If you teach your new reps the difference between accomplishment and achievement right out of the gate, you’ll not only set them up for success, but you’ll be miles ahead of other networkers who just have their new reps write out their goals and a “why that makes them cry.” Continue reading “Accomplishment vs. Achievement — A Huge Network Marketing Tip”
Some years ago, I had the pleasure of randomly running into a famous comedian. I was at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles having lunch with some friends. Over lunch, we were discussing the stressful relationship I was in at the time. I had gone outside to get something out of my car, when I noticed a familiar looking person walking towards me. As he got closer, I recognized that it was Rodney Dangerfield.
After a brief hello and some talk about the weather, he made the mistake of asking me what was going on in my life. My relationship woes were very raw that day, so I spent the next 10 or 15 minutes telling him my problems. (I figured I’d never see him again). He stood there and listened, and then said something extremely blunt. Continue reading “Doing The Simple Things Brings Network Marketing Success”
